The Teen Mother & Child Program provides medical care for pregnant teens who are 19 years old or younger and their babies.
This program provides:
- Prenatal care
- Labor and delivery services
- Psychological and social services
- Assistance identifying your educational and financial needs
- Connection to community resources
- After-birth care
