Bystander Initiative

Bystander Initiative

Led by Professor Amos Guiora, the Bystander Initiative focuses on the role of bystanders and enablers in sexual assaults.

The Initiative has undertaken numerous projects including a book, law review article, podcasts, and is involved in legislative efforts to criminalize the bystander and enabler in the U.S. and globally.
