Honoring the rich traditions and shared history of moving image making and study, we develop and support independent artists across the spectrum of contemporary film and media arts, and prepare our graduates to be active participants in the evolving media landscape.
Students study creative and technical production, history, criticism, and theory. Students have the freedom to tailor the degree across multiple areas of interest including documentary, narrative and experimental filmmaking, animation, screenwriting, sound production, critical studies, and new media.
